Attachments
Attachments are supported both from the agent to the customer and from the customer to the agent. In both cases, the following requirements must be met:
- Attachment size must be smaller than 10M
- Attachment type and extension must be one of the following:
- audio: mp3
- image: bmp, gif, jpg, jpeg, png, tif, tiff
- message: eml
- pdf: pdf
- presentation: key, odp, otp, pps, ppt, pptx, pot
- spreadsheet: csv, numbers, ods, ots xls, xlsm, xlsx, xlc, xlt, xltm, xltx
- video: avi, flv, m4v, mkv, mov, mp4, mpg, qt, wmv
- word: doc, docm, docx, dotm, dotx, pages, odt, ott
